Rosalyn\u2019s focus in therapy is to help the client gain and be able to operate from a position of strength so as to be able to \u201cstand\u201d mentally and emotionally. The goal is to help the client gain the skills to be better able to weather the challenges they are facing and increase their ability to \u201csee\u201d their way forward.<\/p>\n
Rosalyn has a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Trinity Washington University. She has worked with clients dealing with a range of challenges including trauma, crisis, depression, anxiety, grief and loss. She adapts her clinical approach to meet the needs of her clients using a variety of approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), strength-based, solution-focused, person-centered, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness techniques.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
